Plans and Pricing

Monthly pricing is per connected machine and includes all essential cloud-hosted AMP functions and modules from data ingestion to analytics, dashboards, rules and alerts, and reporting as described for each plan above. Monthly pricing excludes custom development, edge or gateway hardware (if needed) and support beyond that described for each plan.

Monthly plans include all necessary tutorials and access to the AMP setup and data ingestion API, which is relatively easy for most IT or technical support staff to implement who are familiar with your machines. In some cases, a custom IoT gateway “edge” device and/or sensors may be required if your machine’s software does not support native integration. If you require additional support, we offer a premium machine onboarding service as an option during checkout of your AMP plan.

Yes. Standard plan pricing is based on a single connected machine in one facility. Plans can easily scale up to multi-machine and multi-site. Please contact an AMP representative to discuss our enterprise plans.

All plans shown above refer to the hyper-cloud version of AMP, which is fully secure and scales to tens of thousands of connected devices. Private or “On Prem” deployments of AMP are available but entail higher costs typical of custom IT development projects. If you are interested in such a deployment option, please give us a call.

No. AMP plans can be changed or cancelled at any time without any penalties. All data collected in your AMP account is available for download or export prior to plan cancellation.

Your AMP plan includes everything you need to ingest your live machine data, including instructions and tutorials for any support partner you may be working with. In some cases, data modules or IoT gateways may be required to access data from the control programs of certain machines, and these may be available for purchase from your machine provider or a third party. Many OEMs already have access to your machines remotely for service and support, and can provide you with credentials for this upon request that can be leveraged for your AMP data connection. Your AMP plan includes assistance with onboarding, and our team is able to assist with any requests to your machine manufacturers for their support.

Absolutely. Each AMP plan includes basic onboarding support from our extended team, including recommendations for the purchase of any gateway hardware or sensors to facilitate the connectivity of your machine to AMP.

The AMP platform was designed to be as intuitive and easy-to-use as possible, with the goal being to democratize your data and to be an enabler for everyone in your organization to become “casual data scientists”. In addition to this, we also offer optional Premium Support plans, which can enhance your success with AMP, and provide on-demand training and coaching for your team members.
